Wasted $200 on a foreign exchange broker that promised zero spreads

I signed up with FastTradeFX last month because their ad said no commission fees. After 20 trades I realized they hid the costs in terrible exchange rates and I lost $200 total. Anyone else get burned by a broker that looked too good to be true?

I mean, is losing $200 really that big of a deal though? Most people lose way more than that just testing out different brokers and learning the ropes. Maybe it's just me but that sounds like pretty cheap tuition for figuring out how these places actually work.
