Update: My experience with the broker everyone in this sub seems to love

I opened an account with them in January and their platform froze on me three separate times during market open. Has anyone else had this specific issue, or did I just get unlucky?

Yeah, that's rough. I had the same freezing problem last week, right when I was trying to close a position. It felt like the whole app just gave up for a solid minute. Makes you really nervous when the market's moving fast.

Oh man, @oscarbarnes might be onto something. My app loves to show me a price from like three minutes ago right when I'm about to click, or it'll suddenly decide to refresh and log me out for no reason. It's like the software gets stage fright. Maybe it's a secret test to see if we're really paying attention, or just a weird way to stop us from making bad trades in a panic. Either way, it sure makes things interesting.
