That's a nice outcome, but three offers in a week isn't exactly a bidding war. It just means the price was finally right for the current market.

Exactly what @jennyh33 said. A bidding war needs multiple people pushing past asking. Three offers just meeting the price means it was set right finally. Sellers hear "multiple offers" and think they won the lottery. Really just means they stopped asking for too much. Market tells you the price, not the other way around.

Look at it from the buyer's side like dylan265 probably did. Honestly, three offers at asking just means three people saw the same fair price. The seller didn't win big, they just stopped losing by asking too much.
