Honestly, I was shopping for a new futures broker in March and this sales guy kept repeating their execution was flawless, no gaps ever. So I put $5k into a demo that matched their live feed, and the next day during an earnings pop, the fill came 12 ticks worse than my limit, costing about $220 on paper. Ngl, has anyone else been pushed into a broker by a smooth talker only to find their slippage claims are pure hype?
