People keep writing reviews after just a week of using a broker
I see it all the time on here. Someone signs up with a broker, makes three trades, and posts a glowing five-star review. Or worse, they get one bad fill and trash the company. Makes no sense to me. You need at least three months to really test execution speed, customer support, and fee transparency. I learned that the hard way after six months with a discount broker in Austin. Their platform felt great at first, then started lagging during peak hours. Has anyone else noticed reviews that feel way too quick to judge?

Has anyone else noticed how those early reviews never mention things like spreads widening or order delays? I waited three months with a broker before writing anything, and it saved me because the slippage got bad around month two. Better to let the honeymoon phase wear off before you tell everyone it's the best thing ever.
