My broker's system crashed right as I was trying to close on a house in Phoenix.

Had to scramble for 2 hours while the seller got antsy, and my guy was just like 'these things happen' lol. Anyone else had a broker's tech totally fail at the worst possible time?

Two hours is a nightmare, I would have lost my mind. The "these things happen" line is just salt in the wound lmao. Tech fails at closing are the absolute worst.

Ever had a system crash right as you're about to finish a big sale? The trick is to have a paper backup form ready to go. You get the customer's info and a signature, then just enter it later when the tech comes back. It saves the deal and keeps everyone from totally losing it.
