I finally had a margin call that wiped out my weekend plans

I was checking my forex account on Friday night in Chicago when I saw a -$1,200 balance because my stop loss didn't trigger. Turns out the broker had a system glitch during that NFP news spike. Has anyone else dealt with a broker that didn't honor their stop losses during high volatility?

Did you report this to the broker's compliance team or just the regular support people? I've seen some brokers quietly brush off glitch claims unless you push it up the ladder, especially during NFP. Also, what broker was this so I know to steer clear? I've had my own issues with slippage during news events, but a full stop loss failure is a whole different level of shady. Did you get screenshots of the price action showing your level was hit? That paper trail is everything if you want any chance of getting your money back.
