I finally caught a broker faking trade confirmations last night

Was going through my forex account statements around 11 PM and noticed the timestamps on 3 of my supposed trades didn't match the market data I pulled from Bloomberg. Called them out on it this morning and they admitted the fill prices were adjusted, anyone else ever catch their broker cooking the books like that?
