Hot take: Fixing my patio made me rethink broker reviews
When I was redoing my patio, I needed a broker for a small loan. I realized brokers who come see the project get WAY better feedback from me. My hack is to mention in reviews if they helped with budget tips or hidden fees. This really helps pick honest ones.

My cousin's deck project went the same way. Seeing the actual work changes how you write those reviews.
