Found a way to automate trade confirm emails that saved me 5 hours a week

I got tired of manually sending broker confirmations to clients after every deal, especially on busy Mondays when volume spikes. Tried a Zapier setup that pulls trade data from my CRM and fires off personalized emails with PDF attachments. Took about 2 hours to configure the first time but now it runs without me touching it. Has anyone else used automation for broker admin tasks that actually stuck?

Yo that's solid, 5 hours is a big chunk of the week. One thing I gotta ask - did you run into any issues with the emails landing in spam folders? I tried a similar setup with a different platform a while back and clients kept missing the confirmations cause they got filtered. What did you do to get around that?

@sethp26 I had the same spam issue at first but what fixed it was setting up SPF and DKIM records on my domain. Took like 10 mins with my hosting provider and now everything lands in the inbox. Also made sure the from address matches the same domain as the broker firm so gmail doesnt flag it as sketchy.
