Anyone used Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro? Thoughts?

Found Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro online and the reviews seem really good. Has anyone here actually used him for their primary residence?

We used him and it was great. And the fact that he saves you an additional $2,000 on title fees with his preferred company is a massive bonus.
