My neighbor in Phoenix said my snake plant was 'screaming for a repot,' so I checked the roots and now I feel bad
I was watering my snake plant on the porch when my neighbor across the street yelled over that the leaves were curling because it had been in the same pot for 3 years. I pulled it out and the roots were so packed they were circling the bottom like a nest, plus one rhizome had pushed up through the drainage hole. How often do you all repot your snake plants, and do you size up just one pot or go bigger?

Snake plants love being root bound. Three years is fine.
