That customer who asked me to bind their high school diary in leather
Guy walks into my shop last month with a spiral notebook from 1998, wants it rebound in full calf leather with gold tooling. I asked him if there were any embarrassing entries in there and he just smiled. Has anyone else gotten a request that made you wonder if you should say no?

Oh come on, it's just a diary from high school. Most of us have cringey stuff we wrote as teens and it's not that deep. Dude probably just wants a nice keepsake, not like he asked you to bind evidence from a crime scene.

Yeah totally agree with @karenf40. People are reading way too much into this, its just a fun little project for a guy who wants to look back at his dumb teenage years. Everyone has old journals or photos they cringe at, no big deal.
