My bone folder obsession was killing my spine joints
Used a plastic bone folder for 3 years before I realized it was leaving tiny stress cracks in every hinge I made. Switching to a rounded steel one fixed it in a week, but why did it take me that long to question the obvious tool? Anyone else had a tool they trusted too much and paid for it?

Rounded steel causes its own crease marks, so maybe the folder was never the problem.
