Just finished binding book #50 and the number crept up on me
I started keeping a log of every book I finish back in 2019, mostly to track which techniques worked and which ones I'd never repeat. Last night I sealed the 50th one, a rebind of a beat up copy of The Long Goodbye for a guy in Tucson, and I sat there a minute thinking about how that number got so big without me noticing.
Looking back at the early ones, my first ten or so have spines that don't sit flat and corners that are way too sharp. Do any of you keep a log or a shelf of your own older work? I'm curious if the early stuff still bugs you or if you've made peace with it.
