Finally stopped fighting my sewing frame, what a difference
Took me about 5 commissions to realize I was tensioning the cords way too tight, so the sections kept bowing out. Loosened it up a notch and now the kettle stitch lines up first try every time. Anyone else have a setup quirk they ignored for way too long?
Tension is one of those things where more force feels like more control but it just makes everything worse. Same deal with guitar strings, bike chains, and probably half the arguments I've had in my life. Backing off is usually the fix.
