Our book club split hard on the audiobook narrator change between books 2 and 3
We picked a 5 book fantasy series for this quarter. The first two books had one narrator, then book 3 switched to someone else with zero warning. Half the group said it was like new characters, the other half said they barely noticed. I sat through a 40 minute argument about a voice actor's accent choice last Tuesday. Has another club dealt with a swap like this mid series? How did you vote on whether to keep going?
