Watch your step at the old Foster plant job site

Ngl, I was at the Foster boiler house yesterday and that grating near the west stairwell is worse than I remembered, some bolts are just gone. If you're heading there this week, bring a flashlight and check every panel before you put weight on it, has anyone else seen this?
