Showerthought: Why does every new boiler seem to have the drain valve in the worst possible spot?
I was working on a new install over at the Johnson Mill site last week and that valve was tucked right behind a support beam. It took me a good 15 minutes just to get a wrench on it. Is there some code reason they put them there or do engineers just never have to drain these things themselves?

Nobody on the design team ever had to crawl under a sink before.

Right? No way nobody actually tried fitting a wrench under there.
