Buddy of mine had to do that once, said his hands cramped for days.

Got a buddy who tried doing that once with a big batch of homemade salsa. He spent like three hours chopping jalapenos by hand, no gloves or anything. His hands were on fire for two days, not even cramped just burning like crazy. He said his wife wouldn't let him touch anything in the kitchen for a week. You ever make that mistake with hot peppers?
