Tried using a tripod for night shots vs handheld last weekend
Handheld gave me nothing but blurry messes but the tripod shots came out crystal clear even at 1 second exposure. Has anyone else found a cheap tripod that actually holds steady in wind?

Call me lucky but my $30 Amazon special has survived gusty beach shoots just fine. What's your definition of "windy" anyway?
