TIL my shaky concert shots got way better once I stopped zooming from the back row
Used to camp in the nosebleeds at Red Rocks and zoom all the way in, which turned every band photo into a smear of lights. Last month I moved up to the 8th row, killed the zoom, and just braced my elbows on the seat back, so is it the distance or am I still doing something dumb with my shutter speed?
