My cousin told me my night shots were just dark blobs and she was right lol
She said I needed to lower my shutter speed way more than I thought. I tried it at 1/15th of a second on a tripod last week and actually got the city lights sharp for once. Anyone else get called out by family and it actually helped?

Yeah, 'dark blobs' is rough but fair lol... my buddy Aaron had his sister tell him his portraits looked like mugshots. He was so mad at first but then realized she was right about his flash being too harsh. He fixed his lighting and now his photos actually look like people instead of suspects.
