Had to pick between a propane forge and a coal forge for my backyard shop in Austin
I went with coal because I found a used one for $150 but after a month of fighting with smoke and neighbors complaints I'm wondering if I should have just spent the extra $300 on propane, anyone else regret their forge choice?

Bet on propane and tell @finleythomas to bring marshmallows over while you finish your current coal batch, then tell the neighbors the smoke is just a really aggressive BBQ.
