Finished a mystery book and realized I missed a key clue the whole time

I was reading this thriller where the killer was supposed to be obvious, and I got to the final chapter thinking I had it all figured out. Turned out I completely misread a character's name on page 30, thought they were someone else, and spent 400 pages chasing the wrong person. Has anyone else had a book twist where you only realized it was your own mistake making it confusing?

Page 30 threw me off too in a book once, that's wild.

Oh boy, that reminds me of when I dropped a book in the bathtub on page 50!
