Unpopular opinion: I started using a $12 spray bottle from the auto parts store instead of a fancy barber spray, and my fades got way better.

Totally get that about the fancy bottle. I switched to a cheap plastic spray bottle for my plants instead of some designer mister, and it works way better. The expensive one clogged all the time.

Spot the same thing with kitchen gear all the time. People buy a fifty dollar pepper grinder when the cheap plastic one from the grocery store works faster and grinds finer. Marketing convinces us the expensive, specialized tool is automatically better, but half the time it's just a basic thing in a fancy bottle.
