Swapped my cheap clippers for a cordless Wahl last month and it changed everything

I used to use those $30 clippers from the beauty supply store and they'd overheat after like 2 cuts. Last month I finally bought a cordless Wahl Senior and holy cow what a difference. No more fighting with a cord getting in my way or stopping halfway cause the motor dies. The battery lasts almost a full day and the blade stays sharp way longer. I did a full fade on a guy with thick curly hair and it zipped through like butter no pulling. Have any of you switched from corded to cordless and noticed a huge difference in your fades?

My dad swore by corded clippers for 20 years so I never really considered cordless either. But I grabbed a cordless Wahl on Black Friday and honestly the freedom of movement makes my fades way more consistent. The battery life blew my mind too, I did 6 cuts in a row and it still had juice left.

Respectfully I gotta push back a little here @reed.ray. I went cordless a couple years ago with the Magic Clip and ended up going back to corded. The battery dying in the middle of a cut drove me crazy, especially with thick hair where you need full power the whole time. My corded Oster Classic 76 just chugs along forever without slowing down. I see the appeal of no cord though, to each their own.
