Guy brought in a photo of his kid's haircut from 2019 and wanted it recreated exactly
Had a walk-in at my shop here in Toledo on Saturday, older fella pulls out a printed pic of his grandson's haircut from a family trip back in 2019 and asks for that exact cut. I tried to explain the kid's head shape and hair type are different now, and he just goes "well that's the one he liked." Spent 40 minutes on a taper fade that fought me the whole way because the reference pic was blurry and taken from a weird angle. He tipped me 3 bucks and said it was close enough. How do you all handle customers who bring in a pic that was clearly taken on a flip phone in bad lighting?
