A client's loud phone argument mid-fade taught me a lesson

He was yelling at his boss while I tried to line up his beard. It made the whole cut feel sloppy and unprofessional. I don't let people take calls in my chair anymore, no exceptions.

Nah, I let my clients take calls if they need to. That's just part of the service, you figure out how to work around it.

Loud people mess up the focus for everyone. My crew can't hit a straight line if some guy is yelling into his phone next to them. You gotta shut that stuff down.
