That $40 silicone rolling pin I bought on Amazon last month is already peeling at the seams.
It was supposed to be non-stick and dishwasher safe but after two uses the outer layer is separating from the core, has anyone found a rolling pin brand that actually lasts more than a few batches of sugar cookies?

Gotta call you out on something real quick - silicone rolling pins shouldn't really be dishwasher safe in the first place. The heat cycles and harsh detergent break down the material way faster than hand washing. I've had two different brands do the same thing after a few washes in the machine. Try hand washing with mild soap and see if the next one holds up better. Also make sure you're not leaving it near a hot stove or in direct sunlight, that can mess with the silicone too.
