I thought my sourdough starter was dead after 3 days of no bubbles

I left it on the counter in my 68 degree kitchen and saw nothing, but after moving it to the top of the fridge where it's warmer, it finally doubled in size after 5 total days. Who knew a few degrees could make that big a difference?

Temperature is everything with sourdough.
