Hit 100 batches of sourdough loaves this morning

I keep a little notebook for tracking bakes. Did the count as I was feeding my starter. 100 loaves since I started in March 2021. That first one was a dense hockey puck, today's had a perfect ear. Has anyone else hit an unexpected milestone like that?

100 loaves and I still think sourdough is overhyped for the effort it takes.

Tbh 100 loaves in and you're still not convinced, sounds like the starter isn't the only thing that's a little sour.
