Was making croissants at 6am and my neighbor knocked on my door

She smelled the butter from down the hall and asked what I was baking. I showed her my lamination process with the butter block and she just stood there watching for 10 minutes. She said she never knew croissants had so many layers put in by hand. Now she texts me whenever she bakes bread to compare notes on our doughs.
