Wasted $300 on a prefab shed kit that fell apart after one winter

I thought I was saving time with those big box store kits but the roof panels warped and the floor rotted in under 6 months. Anyone else regret skipping a custom build for a cheaper kit?

My buddy bought the exact same kit and his roof panels warped after a single freeze-thaw cycle. Those things are basically glorified cardboard with screws. Should've just built a proper shed from scratch like my grandpa always did.
