Warned the neighbor about gravel under his concrete shed pad, he poured anyway, now the slab lips up 2 inches on his side
He saved $180 by skipping the 4 inch gravel base and after one winter the slab edge near his firewood stack rose high enough that water pools against his door, so now he is looking at a $900 mudjack or tearing it out, has anyone here actually fixed a heaved 10x12 slab without a full repour?
