Spent 3 hours leveling a shed floor that wasn't even square
I thought I was being smart checking the slab with a 4-foot level before building my 8x10 garden shed. Turns out I ignored the corners being off by an inch and a half, and now my roof panels don't line up right. Has anyone else had to shim an entire wall after the fact?

That 1.5 inch corner gap is brutal, Ive seen guys sister on new 2x4s to the existing studs to create a straight plane before hanging the roof. Did you end up cutting new rafters or trying to force the old ones in?

Yeah sistering on new 2x4s is the way to go, I've done that a dozen times on old roofs like that. Ended up cutting new rafters myself, trying to force the old ones in just creates more headaches down the line.
