My rooster's crow schedule flipped after we moved the coop last week

Honestly, our rooster Bruno was on a perfect 5am routine for 3 years straight. Then last week we shifted the coop about 20 feet closer to the maple tree, and now he's crowing at 4am and again at 7pm. Tbh I think the tree blocks the morning light differently and maybe he hears the neighbor's dog from that angle. Last month he was so reliable that I set my own alarm by him, no joke. Anyone else seen their birds act totally different just from moving the run a few yards?

And that tree thing makes total sense to me. We had a similar deal with our old henhouse when a branch fell and changed the shadow pattern in the morning. The light shift can mess with their internal clock more than people expect. Plus that 7pm crow might just be him claiming the new spot before dark, birds get weird about territory when you move their stuff. Give it another week or two, sometimes they reset once the new spot feels like home. If he's still off schedule after that, you might try covering the coop opening with a tarp for a few days to block the early light.
