Spent $85 on a water filter for the JMT and it turned me into the group's water mom
I mean it worked great, 3 liters in about 4 minutes at that creek near Thousand Island Lake, but now every trip someone hands me their bottle like I'm a walking spigot. Anyone else get stuck as the filter person for their whole crew, or do you make people carry their own?
