Vent: chose the cheaper carrier with 300+ reviews, now my bumper has a crack it didn't have before
I booked a broker in Phoenix over a direct shipper because they had 350 reviews and promised pickup in 3 days, but my Toyota showed up in Denver with a cracked bumper and they're blaming the weather, has anyone else had a broker just disappear after delivery?

Yeah, I learned that lesson with a cheap mover once, they swore my dented fridge was factory style. Weather is their favorite excuse, right up there with "it was like that when we loaded it." At least your bumper crack is honest damage, mine got blamed on a solar flare or something equally ridiculous.
