Rant: the lot guy in Bakersfield hand washed my car before shipping and now I don't know who to believe
I picked a broker off a review site with 4.8 stars for a move from Bakersfield to Denver, and the driver called to say he'd be 2 days late before he ever showed up. When he finally got there, this older guy spent 20 minutes wiping my car down with a towel and told me the review sites are mostly paid, which is why I'm stuck between trusting the star ratings or trusting the guy standing in front of me. Do you go by the online reviews or the person who actually touches your car?
