Paid $450 for priority shipping on a Mustang, got it 11 days late with a dent
Booked with a broker who promised enclosed, priority service from Phoenix to Seattle. Turned out they subcontracted to some random driver with an open trailer. Car showed up with a door ding and the ETA was blown by almost two weeks. Their response was basically 'file a claim' and then the claim went nowhere because the driver said it was pre-existing. No photos from their side to prove anything. I should have just used a direct carrier even if it cost more. Has anyone actually won a damage claim with these brokers or is that a myth?
