A guy at the Dallas depot told me to skip the photo walkaround and just sign, cost me $850
When my Corolla got delivered to Dallas last month, the driver told me the photo walkaround was a waste of time and to just sign the bill so he could make his next pickup. I did it because he seemed rushed and I didn't want to be that person. Two days later I noticed a dent on the rear quarter panel and a cracked taillight, and the company said with no photos at pickup they couldn't do anything. $850 out of my own pocket for bodywork at a shop off Mockingbird. Has anyone actually won a damage claim when the driver talked them out of the inspection?
