Was dead set against electric impacts for years. Now I own three.
I used to swear by my old pneumatic Snap-on MG31. Nothing could beat it. Then I borrowed a Milwaukee M18 stubby at a shop in Denver last summer. Pulled a rusted crank bolt on a Ford 6.0 without breaking a sweat. My air compressor didn't even turn on. Who else made the switch and what finally sold you on them?

Can't say I feel the same. I still grab my air impact every time. Nothing against battery tools but I don't like worrying about dead batteries halfway through a job.

Dead batteries are exactly why I kept my old air impact for so long. There's nothing worse than being mid-job and watching that charge bar blink red. Maybe the new ones are better, but old habits die hard for sure.
