That 2007 Honda Accord took me 6 hours to match the paint yesterday

I was working on a rear bumper replacement for a silver Accord last week and even with the code from the door jamb, my mix came out a shade too dark. Ended up having to blend the quarter panels and respray twice because the metallic flake was laying down weird. Anyone else struggle with Honda's silver paints or do they just hate body shops?

2007 Accords had a different paint code system than later models, so your mix was probably for the wrong year.

Ngl Honda's silver paints are the worst I've ever dealt with. Took three trips to the paint supplier on a 2012 Civic last month because their "factory formula" kept coming out looking like pewter instead of silver.
