Finally caught the Andromeda galaxy from my sister's driveway in Boise after 8 tries
Three weeks of dragging my little scope out at 11pm and getting nothing but blurry smudges, and I finally stacked 40 shots at 20 seconds each and actually got the dust lanes to show up, so now I'm wondering if a cheap light pollution filter is worth it or if I should just drive 45 minutes out of town instead.
