Appreciation post: stacking 200 photos of Orion made me see why people love astrophotography
I tried a single 30 second exposure for months and got a blurry blob, then last week I stacked 200 short frames in deep sky stacker and the nebula actually showed up with color. Has anyone else had that moment where the software suddenly made a fuzzy star field look real, or is it just me?
