Used to dig every single hole with a post hole digger by hand until 2 summers ago

I spent 8 years thinking that was the only way to get a fence post in the ground. My arms and back would be wrecked for days after putting in 10 posts. Then my neighbor pulled out his dad's old gas powered auger and showed me how to use it in like 5 minutes. That thing dug a 3 foot hole in 30 seconds flat. Now I borrow it every time and I can't believe I wasted so much time doing it the hard way. Has anyone else had that moment where a simple tool made you feel like an idiot for not trying it sooner?
