That moment I realized I'd been ironing my dress shirts totally backwards for years

So I'm standing in my kitchen in Nashville about 6 months ago, ironing a shirt for a wedding. My buddy walks in and just stares at me for a solid 10 seconds. He goes 'dude, why are you ironing the front panels first? You're gonna wrinkle them again when you do the sleeves.' I felt like an idiot. I'd been doing it that way since college like 15 years ago. Has anyone else had a random friend just casually drop a better method on you out of nowhere?
