Painted my kitchen cabinets with a sponge roller - turned out awful

I tried using a $5 sponge roller from Home Depot for my cabinet doors and the texture looks like orange peel. After three coats I still have bubbles showing up. Has anyone had better luck with foam brushes or should I just strip it and start over?

@lucas63 is right, rollers are the worst for cabinets, I learned that the hard way too.

Wait is using a roller on cabinets really that bad? I've used them for all kinds of stuff and it turned out fine.

Swore by rollers before but you just convinced me to never try it on cabinets.
