The archivist's note that made me ditch my highlighter habit
Tbh I used to mark up everything in neon until an archivist told me my margins looked like a crime scene. Switched to pencil notes in the back, and now I actually remember what I read and can sell the old books without guilt. Anyone else get called out for their marginalia style?
